The photographer whose picture has exposed the government?s private fears over the housing market is the Press Association?s Lewis Whyld, the agency has confirmed.
Captured earlier today ? and first published on the BBC website – the photo shows a sheet of typed notes being carried by Housing Minister Caroline Flint into a Cabinet meeting at Number 10.
The picture outlines the minister?s secret fears and predicts ?sizeable falls in prices later this year?.
The notes add that ?at best? UK house prices are set to fall by 5-10% this year.
A spokeswoman for the Press Association confirmed to Amateur Photographer that Lewis Whyld was the man assigned to cover events at Downing Street this morning.
