Renowned photographer Heather Angel is gearing up to stage a one-day wildlife and natural history workshop in West Sussex on 28 and 29 July.
Hosted by Nikon dealer Grays of Westminster the workshops will take place at Saint Hill Manor in East Grinstead.
Heather (pictured) is expected to demonstrate how to portray still-life subjects indoors to the best advantage and how to select the best lighting. Subjects in the still-life session are expected to include flowers, shells and fruit.
John McDonald from Nikon Solutions UK will help in the demonstrations, which will allow participants to try their hand at one of several workstations using the latest wireless technology.
?Heather?s presentation this year will have a distinctly oriental theme and be the premiere showing of exciting images from the East,? say organisers.
?Featured topics will include baby snow monkeys from Japan in spring, a well as new panda images and bamboo forests, stone forests, tropical rain forests with monkeys and birds, mountains and alpine flowers from China.?
Tickets cost £175 for the day (£150 for Nikon Owner subscribers). The price includes refreshments, lunch and dinner. The event runs from 9.15am-5pm. To book call Grays of Westminster on 020 7828 4925 or visit www.graysofwestminster.co.uk
