Ilford plans to relaunch a number of its ?specialist? films including its SFX 200 b&w film fuelled by consumer demand.
SFX 200 was discontinued when the newly restructured company formed two years ago.
Billed as a medium speed film designed for ?creative photography? SFX 200 will be available from next month costing around £7 for a roll of 36 exposure 35mm film.
It will also be available in 120 roll film format.
Ilford claims the move follows calls for its return from ?thousands? of customers.
Ilford describes SFX 200 (pictured) as a special ?red filtered? panchromatic film perfect for ‘landscapes, mountainscapes and similar subjects due to its ability to add high definition to green foliage, cloud formations and open skies?.
The emulsion will also be available in a kit which contains three rolls of 35mm (36 exposure) film and a Cokin P red filter, costing around £23.
