AP 2011 Awards winners soon to be announced

The much-awaited 2011 AP Award winners are soon to be announced later this month.

This year’s product awards will be presented on 20th January and are split into categories for accessory of the year; printer; software; enthusiast camera; entry-level camera, high-end camera; advanced compact system camera, entry compact system camera, consumer compact camera, enthusiast compact camera; fixed focal length lens, zoom lens; and technical innovation.

There will also be a grand prize for Product of the Year and an AP reader nominated Product of the Year.

Two personal awards will also be presented to those who have produced exceptional photography and contributed greatly to photography with a Power of Photography award and an Exceptional Achievement in Photography award.
