A paparazzi photographer has been accused of tormenting Australian cricketing legend Shane Warne.
Warne is said to be seeking police protection after making a complaint about the behaviour of photographer Jamie Fawcett.
The famous ‘spin king’ said that the photographer had been ?staking him out?, according to a report in Australian newspaper The Melbourne Herald Sun.
Warne is understood to be angry over photos taken of his three children.
The pictures recently fetched $50,000 from a women?s magazine, according to the newspaper.
But the photographer – who was reportedly confronted by Warne outside a Melbourne café – denies that he ?badgers celebs?.
