The recent Cabinet reshuffle has delayed a meeting over press photographers? rights in public places that was due to take place next week.

The National Union of Journalists? general secretary Jeremy Dear had been expected to meet former Home Office minister Tony McNulty on 14 October.

However, McNulty has now been made Minister of Employment.

The NUJ confirmed to Amateur Photographer that its meeting with the government has been postponed until 28 October at 2.30pm.

At the time of writing it was not clear who Jeremy Dear is due to meet.
