Photographic lighting specialist Interfit has unveiled ‘Monstar 3’, marketed as an affordable solution to modern studio lighting.
Due to hit the UK high street in July priced £379.99, Monstar 3 is claimed to deliver 150 watts of light from each lamp.
The head contains three lamps, providing the ‘tungsten’ lighting equivalent of ‘1,800 watts’, according to Interfit.
This makes it ideal for larger portraits groups and product photography explained a spokesman who added: ‘Having a uniform light source enables the photographer to capture excellent results, proven in many studios all over the world.’
The kit includes a bag, softbox and power cables.
