This year?s RHS Photographer of the Year has been announced.
Vickie Howard triumphed over thousands of other photographers to take top spot with a photograph of tulips in the rain.
?This picture really stood out for us,? said James Arnold, licensing manager for RHS Media and one of the judges.
?The atmospheric lighting of the rain coming down onto these pink tulips had to make this the winner.?
Meanwhile, 11-year-old Sam Kaye clinched RHS Young Photographer of the Year with an image of a hoverfly.
