Two UK photographers have been nominated for the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize which boasts a £30,000 jackpot.
Anna Fox and Donovan Wylie have been shortlisted alongside Zoe Leonard from the United States and Sophie Ristelhueber from France.
The annual competition aims to reward a photographer who has made ‘the most significant contribution, in exhibition or publication format, to the medium of photography in Europe between 1 October 2008 and 30 September 2009′.
The result will be announced at The Photographers’ Gallery in London on 17 March.
The contest forcuses on contemporary photography.
