Tamron claims that this minimises\u00a0chromatic aberration, while delivering superior optical performance towards the edges of\u00a0the frame when shooting wide open at\u00a0f\/1.4. It has a nine-bladed circular aperture, and employs a USD (Ultrasonic Silent Drive) for fast and quiet autofocus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Another feature, called the Dynamic Rolling-cam mechanism, has\u00a0been specifically designed for this lens. It\u00a0reportedly minimises the drive load placed on the focus lens. The lens also has a Full-Time Manual Focus override system enabling you to fine-tune your focusing even when using AF. <\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-128765 size-large\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Tamron_SP-35mm-F1.4-Di-USD-F045_Topside-539x400.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"400\" \/>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">This lens is also special as it is being launched to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Tamron\u2019s SP range \u2013 SP stands for Superior Performance.
