{"id":145101,"date":"2021-01-19T16:14:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T16:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/?p=145101"},"modified":"2021-01-19T16:16:01","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T16:16:01","slug":"restructuring-at-fujifilm-uk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/latest\/photo-news\/restructuring-at-fujifilm-uk\/","title":{"rendered":"Restructuring at Fujifilm UK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fujifilm.eu\/uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fujifilm UK<\/a> has announced a consolidation of its Photo Imaging, Electronic Imaging and Optical Devices business divisions into a new Imaging Solutions business unit, called Fujifilm Imaging Solutions \u2013 UK.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This strategic change and new future direction for Fujifilm UK\u2019s photography business will combine the teams behind instax, X Series, GFX, Fujinon and other photo operations \u2013 and has been as a result of significant change and consolidation in recent years in the UK and global photo market, accelerated by COVID-19,&#8221; said the company.<\/p>\n\t\t<div  class=\"c-caption aligncenter\" style=\"max-width: 620px\">\n\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"145103\" src=\"https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DSC_6766-820x547-1-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/>\t\t\t<p class=\"c-caption__text\">The X-T4 has been one of Fujifilm&#8217;s most successful recent cameras, despite the very challenging market conditions over the last year<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<p>&#8220;Over the last year, the UK market for mirrorless cameras declined for the first time after recent years of growth, and according to CIPA, in general, the global demand for digital cameras has dropped by 40% since the start of April 2020.
