Thanks to the 60x magnification<\/strong> microscopic lens on the OPPO Find X3 Pro smartphone<\/strong> the record-breaking microscopic artist Dr. Willard Wigan MBE<\/strong> has been able to record the results of his amazingly detailed work, for which he currently holds two Guinness World Records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Wigan\u2019s sculptures are typically placed in the eye of a needle or on the head of a pin and a single sculpture can be as small as 0.005mm. The two Guinness World Records Dr. Wigan currently holds are for the smallest sculptures ever created entirely by human hand.<\/p>\n\n\t\t

Until now Wigan\u2019s microscopic sculptures could typically only be seen through a microscope but the microlens camera feature of the OPPO Find X3 Pro smartphone helped to capture his microsculptures. The microlens captures incredible imagery of things that can\u2019t be seen by the naked eye, magnified up to 60 times \u2013 it\u2019s currently the only smartphone microlens camera on the market able to capture these details.<\/p>\n\n

The 3MP microlens camera \u2013 one of four cameras in the Find X3 Pro \u2013 is a 60x zoom and is essentially a type of microscope in your pocket. It is capable of magnifying subjects 30x optically and 60x with \u2018hybrid magnification\u2019 and is said to have a close focusing distance of \u2018roughly 3mm\u2019.
