Jessops’ share price fell to its lowest point this year after a restructuring deal that means Jessops’ main business will be 47% owned<\/a> by its bank, HSBC.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The firm’s share price fell to 0.5 pence per share when the financial markets opened this morning. <\/p>\n

Last night Jessops’<\/a> share price stood at 2.13 pence. The share price opened this morning at 0.65 pence.<\/p>\n

As part of the restructuring deal with HSBC, Jessops has stated that \u00a3100,000 will be made available for distribution to Jessops shareholders.<\/p>\n
