This round is not just for landscape enthusiasts but for all those who are interested in the world around them. Whether natural or urban, aerial or from a bug?s-eye view, the Earth has many faces. Maybe you want to capture the mark left by humanity, or perhaps you want to highlight those places that remain untouched. Or maybe you want to take your camera underwater to see how the other half live. The world outside your door is filled with stunning colours, shapes and patterns. <\/p>\n

It?s up to you to bring it to us and to your fellow AP readers. This is your chance to show us how you see the world. The closing date for APOY Round 1 entries is 29 February. See AP 2 February for an entry form. The 2 February issue is now off-sale, but you can still buy a copy by calling 020 3148 4138<\/p>\n

<\/img>First Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n

Samsung GX-10 twin lens kit, worth \u00a3600, consisting of the GX-10 camera body, 18-55mm standard lens and a 50-200mm zoom. The winner will also receive a 12-24mm wideangle lens, worth \u00a3549, and a spare battery worth \u00a350. In total, the first-place winner will receive nearly \u00a31,200 in Samsung kit<\/p>\n
