Photography enthusiasts worldwide are invited to enter Over the Rainbow, an online photography competition launched by the Isle of Wight Digital Imaging Group.<\/p>\n
Open to ?all photographers? the free to enter contest boasts a top prize of a digital camera kit that includes a 2GB memory card.<\/p>\n
There are four classes: Colour; People; Monochrome; 14 and under. Up to two images can be entered in each class and the closing date is 31 January 2006.<\/p>\n
Images taken with a digital camera or scanned from film are allowed but they must have been taken within two years of the closing date. However, pictures that have won any previous national or international competitions, or which been used for ?commercial purposes?, will not be accepted, say organisers.<\/p>\n
Rules state that copyright in images entered remains with the photographer. <\/p>\n
