Rollei has launched the Rolleiflex 4K Cage, a\u00a0‘robust’ accessory for videographers, compatible with Sony Alpha A7\/A7S\/A7II\/A7R and Panasonic GH4\/GH3 compact system cameras. Rollei says the move \u2018revives\u2019 the Rolleiflex brand name.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rollei, the iconic camera manufacturer, has today revived the Rolleiflex brand name with the launch of the Rolleiflex 4K Cage, a robust video camera cage. <\/em><\/p>\n

The cage, which can be attached to a range of compatible cameras, is ready for any extreme endeavour due to the impressive number of accessories included. As well as the peripherals, including a range of attachments, handles and plates, the cage also comes with a 24-month warranty.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Rollei 4K Cage boasts:<\/em>
\n\u2022\u00a0An aluminium base plate \u2013\u00a02x (220 x 15mm) thick carbon-fibre tubes.<\/em>
\n\u2022\u00a0A mount for either a follow focus or sun visor\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u00bcin thread for the attachment of accessories, such as articulated arms with monitor, video lights or microphones.<\/em>
\n\u2022\u00a0Adjustable handle for ground-level filming.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Rolleiflex 4K Cage costs \u00a3429.99. Each Rolleiflex 4K Cage comes with a top handle, side handle, base plate, carbon-fibre tubes, a frame body, a cold shoe and a quick-release plate.<\/em><\/p>\n
