The Environmental Awareness Project Funding Bursary offers \u00a33,000 funding for two one-year projects aimed at promoting environmental awareness.<\/p>\n

The bursary\u00a0is available for applicants in two categories: 16-30 and 31+ years.<\/p>\n

Recipients can use the funding for any aspect of their photography, including ‘travel, equipment, a website or mounting an exhibition’, said the RPS in a statement.<\/p>\n

The \u00a33,500 Postgraduate Bursary is designed to support postgraduate students undertaking photographic research or studying Masters courses in photography.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0photographer who presents the best proposal for a photographic essay on an overseas social documentary issue will win the \u00a32,000 Joan Wakelin Bursary. Their work will also be published in The Guardian<\/em> and The RPS Journal<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Finally, the RPS has also announced the Short Film Award, which is worth \u00a32,000.<\/p>\n
