Launched as an \u2018all-in-one post-production tool’ that was set to revolutionise photographers’ workflow, Aperture aimed to make working with raw image files as easy as with JPEGs.<\/p>\n

A spokesman for Apple’s UK office confirmed last night: \u2018With the introduction of the new Photos app and iCloud Photo Library, enabling you to safely store all your photos in iCloud and access them from anywhere, there will be no new development of Aperture.<\/p>\n
