What stands out most is the aerial view of the people walking across the bridge. It reminds me of Vincent Laforet\u2019s photograph \u2018Me and my Human\u2019, taken of ice skaters in New York\u2019s Central Park.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div id=&quot;attachment_64545&quot;  class=\"c-caption alignnone\" style=\"max-width: 417px\">\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ValeryEgorov-before.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-64545\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ValeryEgorov-before.jpg\" alt=\"Valery Egorov-before\" width=\"397\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/ValeryEgorov-before.jpg 397w, https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/ValeryEgorov-before.jpg?resize=300,453 300w, https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/ValeryEgorov-before.jpg?resize=265,400 265w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/a>\t\t\t<p class=\"c-caption__text\">Before.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\n<p>However, the people and the bridge are rather lost in the original full-frame view, so I chose to zoom in more and crop to highlight what was happening on the bridge. I also straightened some lines to help create a symmetrical composition. To do this, I went to the Lens Corrections panel in Camera Raw and explored Upright adjustment settings. Here, I selected the Auto setting combined with a few manual transform adjustments. I also set the Aspect slider to -98 to stretch the width.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Cropping out noise<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64544\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg\" alt=\"Step2-Crop\" width=\"600\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg 600w, https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg?resize=300,234 300w, https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg?resize=513,400 513w, https:\/\/other.kelsey.host\/amateurphotographer\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2015\/10\/step212.jpg?resize=562,438 562w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>I then selected the Crop tool and carefully cropped the image to remove the building in the bottom-left corner (which was quite distracting) and adjusted the crop handles so the bridge now appeared perfectly centred in the image (cropping the bottom section would also work as well).<\/p>\n<h2>3. With the Basic panel selected, I made some tone adjustments to increase the contrast slightly.
