Speaking at a press conference in Las Vegas, Sony president
\nMike Fasulo said the camera is aimed at step-up users and those seeking
\nan alternative to a DSLR. <\/p>\n
Boasting DSLR image quality, the E-mount camera includes Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity, plus a lever to control zooming. <\/p>\n
It is said to weigh 210g, body only.<\/p>\n
The A5000 incorporates 25 contrast-detect AF points and a 3in screen, in addition to a Bionz X imaging processor.<\/p>\n
The new Alpha compact system camera will go on sale in March, at a price yet to be announced.<\/img><\/img><\/p>\n
