Designed to transfer images from up to four memory cards at the same time, via a single USB port, the Professional Workflow Solution consists of a Four-Bay USB 3.0 Reader Hub, which costs \u00a364.99, and card readers – sold separately – priced from \u00a324.99.<\/p>\n
The modular system allows photographers to mix and match readers in the hub to suit their needs, according to Lexar.<\/p>\n

Announced at the IFA electronics show in Berlin yesterday, the system is a \u2018game-changer’, claimed Lexar Elite photographer Scott Kelby.<\/p>\n
Kaufman added: \u2018Whether photographers or videographers are shooting on four cards of the same format, or four different types of card, the Lexar Professional Workflow Reader Solution lets them offload work faster, greatly reducing the time spent moving content from a card to a computer.’<\/p>\n
Supported card formats include UDMA 7 CompactFlash, XQD, SDXC Ultra High Speed-1 and SDHC UHS-1.<\/p>\n
Lexar points out that the system’s modular design should allow it to be adapted to suit future memory card formats.<\/p>\n
