New categories include a World Food Programme Food for Life category, that asks for images of the humanitarian aspect of food; a Startisans Food in the Street category, looking for images that show the dynamism of entrepreneurs selling food in the street; and an InterContinental London Park Lane Food at the Table category, asking for the most delicious images of food, ready to eat, in hotels, restaurants, gastropubs and bars anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The full list of categories for 2017 entries is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>World Food Programme Food for Life (NEW)<\/li>\n<li>Startisans Food in the Street (NEW)<\/li>\n<li>InterContinental London Park Lane Food at the Table (NEW)<\/li>\n<li>Production Paradise Food off the Press<\/li>\n<li>Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year<\/li>\n<li>Marks &amp; Spencer Food Portraiture<\/li>\n<li>Partridges Food for Sale<\/li>\n<li>Pink Lady Apple a Day<\/li>\n<li>Food for Celebration<\/li>\n<li>Food Sn-apping<\/li>\n<li>Cream of the Crop<\/li>\n<li>The Philip Harben Award for Food in Action<\/li>\n<li>Food Bloggers<\/li>\n<li>Politics of Food<\/li>\n<li>Food in the Field<\/li>\n<li>Food for the Family<\/li>\n<li>Young (Under 18s)<\/li>\n<li>unearthed\u00ae Food in Film<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nigel Atherton said, \u201cI\u2019m delighted to be asked again to sit on the judging panel for these important awards, recognizing work in food photography from around the globe. Food photography has grown in interest over the past few years, and the awards last year received over 30,000 entries from over 60 countries.
